O.C Davies a’r Mab is a family run business established in 1969 by Oliver Davies. Originally based in the village of Parcllyn, Ceredigion, the business began by selling and servicing used cars, and soon developed into a renowned business in the area.
1986 was a momentous year for O.C Davies, as the business became a recognised Renault dealer. As the business, still based in Parcllyn, expanded 1994 saw a new site secured for O.C Davies a’r Mab in the village of Penparc.
For 15 years O.C Davies a’r Mab was a Renault dealer selling new Renault cars and an array of used vehicles. But in 2000/1 an opportunity of adding another franchise to the business presented itself. 2001 saw the addition of a Honda franchise to the business, resulting in the build of a new showroom alongside the Renault showroom and petrol station on site in Penparc. The local Town Mayor officially opened the new showroom in March 2002.
O.C Davies a’r Mab is run by a father & son team – Oliver and Morlais Davies, and still very much remains the family run business it originally was when established. At present, the business has been selling used vehicles for 38 years, Renaults for 21 years and Hondas for 6 years.
Despite an expanding business over the years, O.C Davies a’r Mab prides itself on a friendly and personal service, and customer care is on the top of our priority list. We also operate and promote a Bilingual Language Policy within the workplace, and place great emphasis on Welsh and English for your convenience.

We have a wide variety of new and used cars for sale, all advertised in the local papers on a weekly basis. All our vehicles are competitively priced, and are all vetted prior to display via a computer link through HPI to confirm that the vehicle has not been stolen, written off or has any outstanding finance. We also offer an excellent part-exchange facility, in which is it possible for you to part-exchange your current vehicle as a deposit for another vehicle of your choice.
