	FIXED PRICE SERVICING

Honda Happiness Fixed Price Servicing is an exclusive pre-paid servicing package for all retail customers buying either a new car or an ex demonstrator that is less than 8 months old and has covered less than 8,000 miles at the time of sale.

Eligible models:

~ ’06 & ’07 Civic 3,4,5 door models (petrol & hybrid models and also to diesel models with a date of registration of 1st May 2007 or after)

~ ’07 Civic Type-R

~ ’06 & ’07 CR-V (petrol models and also diesel models with a date of registration of 1st May 2007 or after)

~ ’06 & ’07 FR-V (petrol models and also diesel models with a date of registration of 1st May 2007 or after)

~ New Legend model

COST 

£500 for petrol models

£850 for diesel models

HHFPS covers the cost, parts and labour of all Honda scheduled servicing

HHFPS doesn’t cover the cost of any additional maintenance work or adjustments carried out during this period, and also any consumables required i.e. wipers, brake pads and discs, tyres etc.

It’s hassle free, money-saving, quality-assured & value increasing.

For 5 years or 62,500 (whichever comes first) any Honda bought with Fixed Price servicing will have their scheduled services taken care of (the fixed price servicing plan only covers manufacturer’s scheduled servicing. Any adjustments outside of that are to be paid by the owner)

The plan also guarantees that your Honda will only be serviced at an approved Honda dealer by Honda trained technicians using only Honda Genuine Parts

 

	FIXED PRICE REPAIRS

Honda Happiness Fixed Price Repairs is a national programme of key repairs for Honda cars. The programme includes essential repairs at set prices and a complimentary health check every time the vehicle is in the garage.

	WARRANTIES AND INSURANCES

New Cars:

Every new Honda car is protected by a comprehensive warranty. In addition to the 3-year or 90,000 mile (whichever comes first) mechanical warranty, a 3-year Paint Surface Warranty protects the external paintwork and a 6-year Structural Corrosion Warranty covers any corrosion perforating the body from the inside out.

Used Cars:

Once a Honda reaches 3 years old the manufacturer’s warranty comes to an end, it is an option to purchase an extended warranty to continue the warranty on the car for a selected period of time. Hondacare Guarantee will cover the costs of repair as a result of failure from a covered component, provided it has not failed due to wear & tear, normal deterioration, or negligence.

MOT Test Insurance:

If the insured vehicle fails the MOT test (within 30 days of the MOT test due date) due to a covered item, the MOT test insurance will cover the claim up to a maximum of £500, subject to £15 excess.

Tyre Insurance:

If the insured vehicle’s tyres suffer Accidental or Punctures, the Tyre Insurance will cover the replacement of repaid cost of up to 5 tyres.

VRP Insurance:

If the vehicle is subject of a total loss claim due to it being written off, stolen a subject to firs damage, GAP insurance will pay the difference between the amount paid by your motor insurer and the total amount of a replacement vehicle.

If the vehicle was bought under a finance agreement, GAP Insurance will pay the monthly payments until the end of the agreed term.

	RENAULT

EXTENDED WARRANTY:

Renault For You Extended Warranty prolongs the existing 3 year/60,000 mile mechanical warranty of your Renault to suit your own motoring needs. It is not available once your manufacturer’s warranty has expired.

You may choose to extend your existing Renault manufacturer warranty period to 4 or 5 years, extend the mileage to 80,000 or 100,000, or even extend both period and mileage to suit your needs.

Extended Warranty for new vehicles provides protection from mechanical and electrical failure of specified parts of a motor vehicle. Cover commences at the end of the manufacturer’s warranty and continues until the selected age or mileage (whichever comes first).

MOT TEST WARRANTY:

Renault For You MOT Test Warranty has been designed to protect you against MOT failure and the costs that go with it.

Cost - £79

Duration – 12 months

Should your vehicle fail its MOT test due to a covered item (see the full list on www.renault.co.uk/MOTHome/aspx). You can claim up to £1000 (parts & labour inc VAT) to cover the cost of the repairs.

Eligible vehicles are u to 7 years old or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first). Your next MOT test must be at least 3 months ahead when you purchase Renault For You MOT Test Warranty.

RENAULT ASSISTANCE ADDED COVER

On average 1 in 5 of all Renault Assistance call-outs are for punctures, wrong fuel, lost keys and road traffic accidents, that aren’t covered by your Renault Assistance cover.

Renault Assistance provides the services of the AA during the manufacturer warranty, however it only covers manufacturer-based or mechanical faults on your vehicle. For a payment of £50 (2 years) or £60 (3 years), your assistance cover will be upgraded to include:

• use of incorrect fuel or lack of fuel
• wheel changes, punctured tyres
• instances of keys being locked in the vehicle, lost or stolen
• road traffic accidents
• incidents involving caravans & trailers.
